As a navy veteran and mom of 2 boys I know how important listening and taking care of your body is. I graduated from Advanced Fuller school of massage in 2024, and specialize in deep tissue, myofascial, as well as stretching and mobility work. My goal is to help clients find pain and relaxation. I also practice cupping and prenatal massage.

I Graduated from Gwinnett College in Raleigh and have been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since 2021. I take a holistic approach to massage, with an appreciation for how stress and everyday life can show up in the body. My work blends relaxation with focused attention to areas of tension, adapting each session to what you need that day. I hope to help you become more aware of your body, feel more at ease, and make caring for yourself a regular part of your life.

I graduated from Cortiva School of Massage in Seattle, WA and have been practicing since 2014. My massage tends to lean more deep tissue and myofascial based. I enjoy really taking my time to comb through a clients problem areas and sink into areas not typically addressed by most therapists. I do not follow routines and tend to let my hands palpate and lead me. I encourage my clients to participate in the session, for communication is extremely important. I love therapeutic work, however, I am experienced in relaxation based techniques as and able to accommodate all pressures! I offer cupping, aromatherapy, CBD infused massages, sugar scrubs, and pre/post natal sessions.

After 15 years of working with horses, John developed an intuition shared as a non-communicative partnership with animals. Bodywork was a natural response to the love he shared with these animals. It was then that John developed a love and passion for the muscular and skeletal system with the human body. John graduated from Virginia School of Massage in 2014 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. HJohn has worked with chiropractors and hotel spas. His talents include deep tissue massage and myofascial release for structural alignment/pain relief. He also practices hot stone therapy, cupping, and many other spa services.
